Time Frame for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made beyond this time frame will not be entertained.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- All products from The Paw Concept are eligible.
- The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received. It must be unopened and unused.
Payment Refund
If you have made a purchase using Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Tabby or Tamara, any refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Shipping Charges
- If you received free shipping for a purchase exceeding 250 SR and wish to return the item, The Paw Concept reserves the right to charge for the original shipping.
- For incorrect or damaged items, The Paw Concept will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
- If you choose to return or exchange an item for reasons not related to a fault on our part, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
